Ma'am taught us about.. how we can only give sanskars to our baby with our own behaviour & thoughts during whole 9 months and in future also..she gave us complete knowledge on diet..meditation.. charged water.. personal care.. importance of garbhsamvad .. importance of colours.. music..raga.. yoga...drawing.. puzzles..positive thinking..sun and moon therapy.. importance of reading ..mantra lekhan and manta chanting and much more...all of above gharbhsamvad is my favorite part ..it literally connected me with my baby..

Best garbhsanskar teaching.
My experience of garbhsanskar with BSKJ was best. I have done meditation, yoga, sudoku, devotional reading, solving puzzles, Om chanting, story reading of great persons, 7 chakra dhyan and so on.
Most amazing part is so much of positivity, which is must needed during those months till you deliver the baby.
Arpita didi is extremely blessed with amazing knowledge and she is such a kind lady, who is always ready to help in any possible way.
She is definitely a inspiration to any mother out there.

I got this book from my friend and it is actually the best book I have ever came across for Garbh sanskar. Not only does it contain all the information of my wife's current pregnancy month but also the activities which one must do.

My wife has been following garbh Sanskar practices through YouTube and other sites but doing garbh sanskar from a book is so less tiring and good for eyes and baby.

I liked reading this book alot. It's full of relevant and useful information. It has lots of inspirational content. I keep it bedside to repeat my morning prayer daily. It aims towards overall development of baby ( physical quotient, emotional quotient, spiritual quotient and social quotient). I liked solving puzzles, crossword and solving the maze. Toungue twister was a fun part. I came to know about superfoods and tried few healthy recipes as well from this book. I wish I could have started reading these books since beginning of my pregnancy.
